DBRfittings' PVC Repair Coupling is a specialized fitting designed to fix damaged or leaking sections of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) piping systems without the need for complete pipe replacement. It is commonly used in plumbing, irrigation, drainage, and industrial piping applications.
Features of PVC Repair Couplings:
Split Design – Most repair couplings consist of two halves that clamp around the damaged pipe, secured with stainless steel clamps or bolts for a tight seal.
Rubber Gaskets – Includes EPDM or neoprene gaskets to ensure a watertight and pressure-resistant connection.
Solvent-Weld or Slip-Fit Options – Some couplings require PVC solvent cement, while others are slip-fit (mechanical), allowing for easier installation.

Installation Steps:

Loosen Coupling & Place Over Pipe – Slide the two halves around the pipe.
Align & Tighten Fasteners – Secure the coupling with screws or clamps.
Pressure Test – Check for leaks before full use.
